UK customs clearance, in English and Polish
Clearport Ltd is a UK customs agency. We prepare and submit customs declarations and border documents for businesses, hauliers and private individuals.
What we do
A customs agent, not a haulier
We handle the customs side: the declarations, filings and references your goods need to cross the border. Transport stays with your haulier or freight forwarder – we make sure they have a complete set of documents.
What we do
- Import and export declarations in CDS, with duty and VAT calculated
- T1 / T2 transit in NCTS
- ENS and ICS2 safety and security declarations, and GMRs in GVMS
- Clearance of household goods (Transfer of Residence)
- HS codes, procedures and document checklists
What we don't do
- We don't carry goods – we're not a haulier or freight forwarder
- We don't arrange transport or drivers
- We don't store goods
